A very cozy and peaceful place. The food was good actually, although they don’t sell any sweet stuff. I didn’t find anything in other restaurants that were open that day on Saturday. Staff if very friendly but because of lack of communication they did 2 portions for me instead of 1, maybe because I was with my friend but we eat separate food.
Read moreI can say that the drink stole my heart because it’s not sugary at all and reminded me of Kompot that I was drinking as a child.
Overall a good place, but please make sure you explain everything correctly because I was super hungry, barely eat that day and I didn’t care what to eat lol.

Lovely little place with kombucha and water kefir, which we tried for the first time and absolutely loved! The quesadilla was so much better than I expected. Honestly, I could do without the falafel as it’s quite dry, but wow, the quesadilla still tasted amazing. The hot dog and the arepa burger were good. I enjoyed the hot chocolate. We came already several times. 😊

so glad I came here. Tried vegan kefir for the first time, so delish and refreshing. Really loved the hotdog with sauerkraut and enjoyed the simple arepa burger - maybe a tad dry but flavors were on point. Highly recommend, very authentic, colombian-owned, open until 10pm; don’t hesitate to come here!

Please everyone support this wonderful business. The menu is delightful, inventive, and creative. And the walls contain art of sunflowers and joy. It is also such a joy to have a vegan restaurant in an area where for many chefs and cooks preparing vegan food is foreign. I was on a cycling tour of Colombia when I had the option to frequent this establishment and I was so excited. The food on my tour was consistently lacking im protein, which was very frustrating considering the cost paid for the trip and that I had never had this scenario on other group travel in the past.

Por favor, todos apoyen este maravilloso negocio. El menú es delicioso, ingenioso y creativo. Y las paredes contienen arte de girasoles y alegría. También es una alegría tener un restaurante vegano en una zona donde para muchos chefs y cocineros preparar comida vegana es algo extraño. Estaba de gira en bicicleta por Colombia cuando tuve la opción de frecuentar este establecimiento y estaba muy emocionada. La comida en mi recorrido siempre carecía de proteínas, lo cual fue muy frustrante considerando el costo pagado por el viaje y que nunca había tenido este escenario en otros viajes grupales en el pasado.
El dueño era dulce y la comida era buena. Honestamente, fue más de un 4 sobre 5, pero realmente quiero que este restaurante permanezca en el negocio y continúe sirviendo a los veganos que pasan por el área, así que por favor vayan aquí.

I had probably the best vegan burrito outside of my home i have ever had. Considering most restaurants lack the simple flavorful ingredients. Burrito had Falafel, Guac, hummus, lettuce, tomato, and a nice vinaigrette. The fruit juices were also natural and flavorful. They also have a verzion of the burrito with mushrooms. Read moreAs of May 2022 the meal of the day costs 11.000 pesos. The day I went for lunch they had cream of garbanzo soup with a Falafel and also a mixture of rice and quinoa with vegetables, some nuggets that I believe were made from lentils, mashed potatoes, a Mexican salad and a Juice drink. All of it was absolutely delicious and I look forward to going back.
This restaurant is located not too far away from El Lago, which is a city block converted into a big fountain.

Definitely the most reliable 100% vegan restaurant in Pereira. Service was good, all the food was absolutely delicious and super wholesome. During the day they serve one full course meal, and at night they offer take out of special items. Would recommend going here if you need a vegan place in pereira. Was outrageously cheap.

Aparentemente nuestra experiencia fue diferente a la de los demas clientes. Durante la semana fuimos para almorzar. El plato del dia fue sopa de lentejas, hamburguesa de lentejas, papas asadas y ensalada. Para decirlo simplemente, la comida no tenia sabor. Las papas tenian un poco de Triguisar, pero nada de sal. Lastimosamente, mi esposo no quiere volver para una segunda oportunidad. Como su gerencia, seria bueno que incluyan condimentos para que le de sazon y sabor.

Awesome food and service. Their daily menu is just like home cooking. Healthy and delicious. They don’t sell anything with soy, which is perfect because soy is not good for many reasons. Their night options are probably the best fast food I've ever tried. If you can call that fast food because they literally make everything on the spot. Doesn't get any better than that. They take the time to get to know their customers. We have some allergies and preferences which they always remember. Excellent vegan restaurant !!!

Favorite place to eat out in Pereira! - Edit
I wish I had found out about Semillas earlier in my trip visiting my grandparents. Thankfully the apartment was a short walk away because we went everyday for the last 3 days of the trip. Incredible food and a wonderful staff. If you are in Pereira you should definitely make a stop here for their almuerzo, or even for a quick bite to eat.
