Great New Addition to HappyCow! - Edit
I found this place near my hotel via a Google search. I had to double-check HappyCow because I was so surprised it wasn’t listed yet. Semilla Verde is situated in a little outdoor food court across from the university. It is no-frills and they had already run out of half their short menu when I arrived an hour before closing. I decided on the “casi casi” burger made with seitan. It was well-presented, very tasty, and filling — almost a sloppy joe vibe. The server had a long conversation with me and was thrilled that I had found their little local place. I hope more people discover it soon!
