salad days - Edit
A decent, quick lunch option in the city if you're feeling like something light and fresh but still filling. All the salads are usually vegan and they always have a good balance of fresh and cooked veggies, grains, and legumes. A large salad box for $17 is not the cheapest but it's very satisfying. Alternatively, the vegan lunch set for $23 gets you 2 salads and a vegan frittata. The frittata is pretty tasty but for my money, the salad box is better value. They have some raw deserts but honestly, I never really rate them. I haven't ordered anything a la carte here but there are a few breakfast options. Oh, and it's all gluten free. It's a shame it's not all vegan. I reckon they would do just as well, if not better, with their clientele if they stopped serving animal products.

Delicious açai bowl & coffee - Edit
Açai bowl was full of fresh fruit. Good size and plastic free! They serve vegan chai lattes. I also noticed some yummy treats in the window.

Delicious brunch! 🍌🫐🥥 - Edit
Went with family and everyone found it delicious (some not vegan) so good for pleasing everyone. Lots of gluten free options too. I got the açai bowl which was delicious and beautifully presented. My partner got the vegan roll which was also delicious. I also had a chai latte (make sure to ask without honey!) which was perfect for keeping me warm - unfortunately most of the seating is outside which would be lovely on a warmer day. I will be back again

Super cosy boutique - Edit
Loved the cute, small cosy atmosphere, but very expensive for small portion sizes. They are gluten free so don't offer oat milk.

Some tasty healthy vegan choices in the mix of vegetarian & paleo. Fresh, beautifully presented and filling. And excellent coffee, probably best I had in Melbourne.

Awesome brekkie on the go - Edit
Some vegan breakfast options if you’re on the go. Would recommend taking your brekkie to sit by the river as the space has limited seating options. Tea was great as well :)

Good lunch stop - Edit
I passed this place on the way to the library and decided to check it out one lunchtime. It does have limited seating and you do need to be on the small side to fit into their seats but it was comfortable. It probably is easier to take away food though. I had the vegan coconut chia pudding with fruit. It was really tasty and filling. I asked about their treats and they told me most were vegan so I'll definitely grab something again for lunch. Their menu listed which items were vegan so I have confidence in them knowing what vegan means. My carnivore friend had a vegetarian frittata with salad which she really loved and she is quite particular about her food! The staff were really nice too.
