Great fresh food, cute environment - Edit
If you're looking for fresh, flavorful, minimally processes good eats, this is the place to go in the Twin Cities. Hit up a yoga class next door and then pop by for lunch or dinner afterwards.

Sweet Café - Edit
Back before I considered the animals, I loved to eat BLT’s. Seed cafe makes a good one using smoked Tempeh (if you don’t mind liquid smoke flavoring) served with a detox side salad that’s especially satisfying.
Read moreExcept for the breakfast frittata, I like everything else I’ve tried here. The kale salad is simple but SO tasty. The prices seem high but all thoughtfully prepared and quality. It’s a great spot for work/study time too.

Yum - Edit
This is the kind of restaurant that I wish they had more of around the cities! When they first opened, everything was so salty, but they’ve cut back on that my last few trips. The tahini cookies are amazing!!! I’ve tried everything on the menu and the only thing I haven’t liked was the cauliflower wings.

Cup of pumpkin was very flavorful, tasty. The Mexican bowl was like nachos. The salad with beets was okay.

WOW!! WOW!! - Edit
While on a recent road trip we spent a few days in Minneapolis. We stopped at Seed Cafe for our first meal in town. We were blown away by the flavors in the Beach Bowl and the Frittata. We were so impressed that we came back on our last night in town for dinner. The results were the same...the Beach Bowls were amazing!! And the Tahini Chocolate Chunk cookies were also pretty spectacular.

Yummy food.. friendly staff. - Edit
After going to another vegan cafe and just not finding anything that appealed to me on their menu, I searched out Seed Cafe. I am so glad that I did. The staff is super friendly, and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the baked buffalo cauliflower wings and the kale Caesar salad. I so appreciate that the cauliflower wings were baked. Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Not sure when I will be in Minneapolis again, but if I am, I will be back.

Healthy, Fresh & tasty!!! - Edit
Nice ambience, counter service. We weren’t very hungry when we went, so we just got a salad and a dip, both were delicious! We’ll come back and order more next time we’re in town.

Great Find!!! - Edit
What a delightful vegan cafe! Enjoyed the avocado toast and a breakfast burrito with artichoke dip appetizer - all very tasty! The peanut butter oatmeal cookie was a wonderful dessert and other cookies and pastries looked wonderful as well. The patio seating was very pleasant. Will be back next time we are in town!

Chic Atmosphere & Food - Edit
Out of kimchi sadly but happy with our Seed Burrito & TLT (with spicy sauce). Tried a sample of cookies & they were also tasty, including very gingery gingersnap.

Good Vibes & Food - Edit
The general interior/atmosphere of the cafe is super nice. It brings a cool, fresh feel. The food is super wholesome and delicious. I recommend it all. I love hitting up Seed Cafe after I go for a run in the area. Plus they have hosted lots of cool environmental events which is pretty dope.

Great service and food! - Edit
Delicious rice bowls, nice smoothies, great iced coffee, and awesome service! The server got my boyfriends rice bowl mixed up with another tables and she had the chef make him the right one to take home at no cost! (Even after he’d already eaten the other one and loved it!)

The decor? Comfy and cool. The people? Friendly and helpful. Baked goods? Yes we tried almost all of them and they're amazing. We've tried 5 menu items so far and all have been great.

Delicious food, could eat vegan all the time if it all tasted this good. Very friendly, helpful and personable staff. To me the cost seems high, but good, healthy food costs money.

I’ve eaten here a couple times and the staff is pleasant and helpful. The Golden Child and Beach Bowls, along with the Breakfast Sandwich, have been my favorites. I love the decor - it’s beachy and bright. The price point feels a little high but it matches the quality.

Adorable brand new little café, comfortable decor, great service and excellent vibe. I had the breakfast burrito, the banana nut toast, and the avocado toast, and would highly recommend all. Great new addition to the Minneapolis vegan scene.

tasty vegan brunch - Edit
We had the breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwich. Both were very delicious. The cheese sauce on the side of the burrito was strange. The burrito was good without it: black beans, potato, tofu scramble and kale. The sandwich was good, but the side of potatoes needed hot sauce. Comfy seating and friendly staff.
