Swiped away by the Scythe - Edit
I’ve been meaning to stop by this place to grab a meal, and I had the chance to on my way home from being up in north for a week. Stopping by for their Cauliflower Bites was well worth the trip. I ordered that with extra spicy along with non-alcoholic beverage (Run Wild IPA) as well as their signature Scythe burger substituted with impossible burger. The bites were delicious with right amount of spiciness. The burger was one of best I’ve ever ate, and worth of coming back for even for an hour away. This garage-turned-brewery bar/restaurant is of an interesting place to visit in the neat small city of Longview, so if you’re in the area for a vegan meal, search no farther… Go to this one!

Excellent burger and fries - Edit
They have a vegan hamburger with vegan cheese and it's really good. The fries are also incredible! 10/10 would go again!

I had the cauliflower tacos that had no eggs or milk in the batter. I thought they were pretty good! There was also an impossible burger, vegan cheese, and dairy free ranch on the menu.

Really cute brew pub, garage style restaurant. It's comfortable and clean. The staff is really nice. The vegan options are clearly marked. It was nice to have vegan cheese on a burger. It's expensive, the impossible, vegan cheese and gluten free was an upcharge of $1-2. So it was about $20 for burger & fries. It was very tasty.
