delicious mostly vegan restaurant, managed and cooked with passion - Edit
My favourite option to go for lunch or dinner in the city. The menu changes daily and there is always at least one fully vegan special dish. The "Engel" became more vegan recently, now meat is served very rarely and also most of the appetizers and deserts are vegan. Organic and regional food. The atmosphere is good and welcoming to linger around for a coffee afterwards. When it's warm enough you can sit in the beautiful inner courtyard under the trees :)

You can choose a vegan option from the daily menu, which also changes daily. The collective uses regional, seasonal and organic food. There are also vegan options for dessert (changes daily) and the chocolate cake is vegan as well. Friday you only get vegetarian or vegan menus.

Unfortunately, a complete vegan lunch menu is only offered on fridays. I went on another day of the week and therefore had not that many options, but the spaghetti with pesto were really good and satisfying. Nice atmosphere, but the staff was stressed.
