Although not very clearly labeled (the menu said 'vegetarian' rather than 'vegan') there appeared many vegan options, including pancakes/waffles, croissants with vegan Nutella, acai bowls, and many coffee specialties. We were in a rush, so only stopped for a coffee and croissant, but wished I had more time to try the pancakes! All in all, the staff was very accommodating and the things I tried very tasty!

Vegan Pancakes - Edit
Nice Café with some vegan options. The staff can explain what is vegan. The Pancakes are great and really filling. They also have different kinds of plante milks (oat, soy, almond, rice and coconut).

I stayed in Figueres for a day and ate here twice. Everything is amazing. They have açai bowls, pancakes, toasts... For lunch they have a burger, sandwiches and other goodies. They also serve an excellent capuccino with oat milk. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about veganism. A perfect place for a brunch or to take away food for the journey back home.

Some very tasty savory options and I believe sweet dishes like pancakes can be made vegan on request. They also have some vegan pastries on the counter (might depend on the day).
It is expensive, but it’s great for a Sunday brunch or a treat.

Cute cafe with very friendly staff. I got the avocado toast and coffee before my museum visit. Afterwards I went back for the best açaí bowl I have had in Europe thus far. A bit pricey but really good.
