We highly recommend it! The owner and the cook are very nice. The atmosphere is relaxing on the side. And the food is very tasty! It's amazing how the vegan eggs look real! And the gluten-free pancakes are fantastic, using an orange/citrus flavor I don't usually pick on menus, and I loved them. In conclusion, highly recommended, you should definitely go if you are in the area.

We came to this restaurant twice during our weekend in Sherbrooke. We went for lunch & breakfast. We tried most things on the menu and loved it all!!

We were so pleased we came here TWICE over our weekend trip in Sherbrooke. The space is beautiful, the service is great, and the FOOD!!! It hits the spot! The vegan poutine is beautiful and generous, the Bene is amazing, and the waffle crepes with the little spicy sauce was beautiful. Plus, they have a large menu of drinks. I think that the prices are very fair for what is offered! This is a must if you are in Sherbrooke (*I suggest you call to make a reservation)

The service was good, but price were high and the flavor combination were either soso or nauseating and not good (salt+sugar+bbq+fatty). There were also no traditional choice (full breakfast or chocolate fruit crepe), only these risky costly choices. I would only take a bowl of potatoes if could go back in time. 5 bucks and they were excellent.

Wow this place is fantastic. My wife and I both had the chik’n and waffles (hers gluten free, mine regular) and it was exceptionally good. Oyster mushrooms were the “chik’n”. Both cappuccino and chai latte were amazing.

The menu is only in French and like most of Sherbrooke the staff and clientele are primarily francophone. My wife does not speak French at all. Before the staff realized that I do and could translate for her they were super friendly and helpful to her and even after they did our server addressed her in English.
Pros: Food was outstanding, as were the beverages , Interesting menu, Very friendly to anglophones
Cons: I’d love to see them open for dinner.

Amazing vegan food that is really well presented! I had the Caesar salad which was amazing (add the chick’n), poutine, sandwich lève tôt, casserole and everything was great! Not many sweet breakfast options but I love the savoury ones they have. The prices are a little on the high side for the size but the quality and presentation justify them! Lovely restaurant, always exciting to eat here!

Stopped by this lovely find on our way home from vacation. Kids loved the vegan pogos. My Caesar salad was delicious and my partner loved his vegan poutine. Will come back again and spend a little more time discovering Sherbrooke. Great spot!

Excellent brunch in a lovely setting - Edit
Delicious brunch and exceptionally friendly staff. I had the Bénédictines and my husband had the Chik’n & Waffles. We both loved our choices. We ate on their adorable little patio outside the front of the restaurant. Nice decor inside and the restrooms were impeccably clean. Excellent service, despite being understaffed the day we were there. It is a must if you are visiting Sherbrooke and worth the detour if you happen to be passing nearby :-).

Had a wonderful brunch at SAUG.E! Their selection of Benedict’s and other brunch staples were wonderful! The daikon bacon was especially tasty on the BLT and their “egg” was wonderful!
