This was my go-to place in Sanur. I ate from the gluten free menu. Butter chicken and pesto rice with tofu egg. Also the fries and cool drinks, yummy!

All vegan! Good dessert. - Edit
Very comforting to know that everything is vegan! I ordered takeout and it was ready in about 15 minutes. I got the pesto rice, which comes with "chickun" satay and tofu "egg", and a slice of lemon cake. The rice was well-cooked and tasted good. The satay was great. I didn't use the accompaniments of sambal and (very lightly) pickled cucumbers. I didn't care for the flavor of the tofu egg. I also got a piece of lemon cake - the Gelato that they topped it with melted on my walk home, but that just made it tres-leches-esque, and it was delicious. I walked here and back from my hotel alone at night and felt safe, as it's a main street, there are sidewalks, and there were plenty of people out and about. The person at the counter was friendly and made sure to repeat my order back to me.
Read more*side note, I saw the brand of oat milk that they use, Oatside, and was then able to find some in a convenience store/small market on my walk back to hotel
Pros: Satay!, A.C., Lemon cake
Cons: Tofu egg, Bathroom isn't the cleanest

Indulgent vegan fast food done right - Edit
I stumbled over this place by accident as it's a bit hidden inside the entrance to a hotel.
Read moreBurgers, wraps, pasta and rice dishes, sides and dessert. It's mostly fast food, so don't expect the epitome of health.
But the food you get is absolutely delicious. I had the Nemo burger, Satay Taichan (soy chicken skewers) and the chocolate banana cake. Portion sizes were on the lower end of big enough.
If you're in the area (and not trying to lose weight), check this hidden gem out.
Edit: I went back and had the corn ribs, carbonara and the coffee cream pie. I can recommend everything.

This place is the jewel of Sanur beach. - Edit
I think it's an amazing place, especially for vegans.
Read moreThe overall vibe in the store was calm and quiet. This was partly because it was an early lunchtime and we were the only ones there. We ordered Satay taichan, Carbonara pasta, Arrabbiata pasta, Pesto fried rice and Butter chickun rice to start.
All of the food was delicious, but the Carbonara pasta was absolutely amazing - it was almost the best vegan Carbonara pasta I've ever had. The Pesto fried rice was also a great flavor that anyone who loves pesto will love.
I thought the portion sizes were a bit small. Maybe it felt that way even more so after swimming in the ocean, so we ordered an extra Saucetree burger and a Shroomy burger. There were four of us including me and we shared two burgers and felt full. I personally enjoyed the Shroomy burger, it was made with deep fried mushrooms instead of the usual hamburger patty, the flavor of the burger with the sauce was amazing. The staff working there were friendly and answered our queries to the best of their ability. We will definitely visit again when we come to Sanur beach.
*I didn't take good enough pictures due to a hungry group, I will update next time I get a chance.
Pros: Delicious food, A variety of burgers and creative menu items, Friendly staff
Cons: The amount is a bit small, none, none

The best vegan comfort food - Edit
You can indulge your comfort food desires, guilty free. We love the concept, the burgers are great, I had the double Chiz Burger, my wife had the “Prawn” burger. They have staples like cauliflower wings, and the waffles for dessert were fantastic. The prices are really fair too. A must visit if you’re in the area.

Air con friendly staffed Vegan restaurant - Edit
A small place, clean an comfy and vegan, with an exceptional friendly staff. Not a fan of plant based fake meat/fish/ chicken. Sanur now has only 3 vegan restaurants,so not much to choose from..And no real pure vegetarian restaurant.

Cheat day food - Edit
The menu here is all vegan but there's a lot of mock meat and fake prawns, and only a couple of options have wholefood protein sources like tofu, tempeh and beans. The food is nice, don't get me wrong, but it's not a health food cafe, that's all I'm saying.
Read moreI had the brunch brorito with sweet potato fries and it was nice, lots of sauce inside the wrap which I liked and it was obviously made hot and fresh which was great!
Wifi is good and stable and the staff were very accomodating and helpful. Location is also great in the heart of Sanur and just a short walk to the beach from here.
Pros: Cheat day foods like burgers/ hotdogs/ fries, Good wifi , Helpful and friendly staff
Cons: Only a couple of non-fried options

You can ask and they make healthy food. I found bbq wrap very good. Also side salad if say you love salad they are generous

Good - Edit
Best thing on the menu we tried was the lemon cake. The balifornia broritos and double chiz burger with seasoned fries were also nice but wouldn’t recommend getting the prawn burger, the carbonara, fish and chips as a side, chiz steak sub or salchizpapas. They were all quite bland.

Wonderful fully vegan/plant based cafe/restaurant - Edit
The only fully vegan restaurant in Sanur, serving a wide range of plant based, exceptionally tasty burgers (including 'beef', 'chicken', 'fish' and 'prawn'), hot dogs, burritos, subs ('cheese steak', scrambled tofu and hum) and also very nice pasta and rice dishes, sides, starters and desserts.
Read moreDefinitely our favourite place to eat in Sanur, the only downside is we haven't got time to try everything on the menu! Very well priced too. Open from 7.00am to 10.00pm so perfect for any meal of the day.
Any vegan visiting Sanur needs to eat here during their stay, not only is it totally worth it but also to support the only plant based venue in Sanur.

Hidden gem! Fully vegan and a lot of choice, even desserts! - Edit
We found this cute little place on Happy Cow and made it our mission to find it whilst in Sanur for a few days. It's not very prominent, it's a little set back so passers by may not know it's here.
Read moreWe had cauliflower wings and fish & chips to start, followed by a carbonara and black pepper spaghetti which both had fake meats in. Very very tasty all round.
There was a good selection of desserts too. We had the chocolate banana cake and lemon cake.
I also tried the mango slushie and magenta lemonade which were very refreshing and tasty.
It's only a small place with a few tables, all very minimal and cool cute decor - see pics.
Staff were lovely and service was good.
Can see us heading back again tomorrow to try some of the burgers and waffles out. There was a good choice. Please support 🙏

Great Food, Great Staff, fair priced - Edit
Stopped by here some days ago on our way to the ferry from Sanur port (found this restaurant via HappyCow, as one of the few completely plant-based places on Balis south/east-coast). The setting, the people working there, the service, and (most important) the food were absolutely amazing! We had the prawn burgers with fish‘n‘chips and the magenta lemonade, and topped it off with the coffee cream pie - total recommendation here, and i would bet on that the rest of the menu is awesome also😊 we will totally have lunch there again today when we go back from Lembongan to Sanur!
