Such a great find while traveling! - Edit
The vegan options were delicious and healthy. Delivered to our hotel. We had the lentil dal and two different bowls that were both great and I really loved the sautéed kale!

Healthy Journey - Edit
I've stopped over to eat at Sauce a couple times while visiting the Pacific Northwest. It's nice to know I can have a healthy Gaia bowl instead of a couple sides at a restaurant that isn't vegan-friendly. Here's to a road trip experience with food that has flavor and nutrients.

Fine food but not worth the wait - Edit
Options were fine, for a party of three we got two teriyaki tofu bowls and one miso love you bowl plus a side of naan and kale chips. Food was fine other than the miso bowl coming out lukewarm at best. The worst part was waiting 30 minutes when we were 1 of 3 groups in the restaurant at the time of ordering and it was still not very full. Disappointing. They also brought all the food at once.

Yum - Edit
All the naan is vegan unless topped with cheese. A really tasty chopped salad and blueberry crisp. Knowledgeable staff and lots of well marked options

Take out diner beware - Edit
I appreciate that the food is organic but this place could improve. I didn't get the yams I ordered and paid an extra 3.75 for. There was a suggested tip of 15%, which I added to the order hoping there would be care put into the meal. Still didn't get what I asked and paid for. Overall, I am disappointed and I was expecting more for the $50+ meal I paid for.

What an absolute disaster

Whole food, plant based gem - Edit
This place deserves 5 stars, but Happy Cow says places that serve milk products max out at 4. It’s a shame - there is no shortage of vegan and plant based options, far more than any traditional restaurant I’ve visited in the past year. Just go, you won’t regret it.

Delicious Vegan Eats! - Edit
Out of towners like us heavily rely on vegan staples like brown rice, quinoa, tofu and veg and this cafe was everything I would eat at home. My curry plate with roasted sweet potatoes and a side of cooked seasoned kale with brown rice hit the spot. Then had a vegan pudding as dessert. Highly recommend.

Loved the sauces! - Edit
We ordered 3 different bowls with 3 different sauces and all were super delicious. I loved the teriyaki tofu with the Sherpa sauce. Their chocolate chia pudding was creamy and tasted like chocolate mouse. We got the kale chips and added them to our bowls. Super friendly staff. Totally recommend it.

Love the Lights - Edit
Very cool vibe, lots of twinkle lights and patio seating. Best kale chips. My favorite bowl is the Miso Love You. All the sauces are delicious and they know how to marinade and cook tofu! Don't forget to finish off your dinner with the vegan chocolate chia seed pudding.

Used to be good! Beware unsafe food practices - Edit
Been here about 30 times used to be really good but ever since the OG chef left Its gone downhill. They hire bad chefs that don't use common sense. Found pieces of a broken ceramic dish in our food because the chef "picked out the pieces" instead of THROWING AWAY THE FOOD THAT IT BROKE OVER LIKE ANYONE ELSE WOULD. Also found plastic netting from the kale racks in my food. Manager apologized but if someone swallows pieces of glass/ceramic that is a MAJOR health hazard. Love the food but the new chefs are unsafe!!!

Terrible! - Edit
My jasmine rice was a melted, overcooked ball. The curry was so sweet and the veggies very overcooked. Clearly they don’t do vegan fare very well at all! Don’t eat here if you want a quality meal for the price. My son is a meat eater and they ran out of beef but didn’t tell him but charged him for the meat anyway...a completely unsatisfactory experience. We will NOT be back!

Lots of clearly marked vegan options, starters through dessert - Edit
This is one of my favorite stops in Ashland and has an extensive menu. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious but my favorite item so far is the spicy peanut vegetable bowl with added garlic tofu. They also have vegan naan which my family devours. I love their hot ginger tea, too.

Delicious! - Edit
A friend of mine, who also has many food allergies, recommended SAUCE to me. My husband, son and I really enjoyed the food. From bowls to soup to salad to vegan desserts. NOM NOM NOM. If you go, one side of the restaurant is noisier than the other, but no complaints on the service or quality of food.
