Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Salaten, Suppen und warmen Speisen. Geschmacklich war alles frisch und lecker. Vom Aufbau ist es Buffetmäßig. Insgesamt gibt es drei Portionsgrößen und zusätzlich noch Schüsseln für die Suppen.

Vegan Restaurant in Essen - Edit
Very cozy and busy vegan restaurant. You pay for the size of your plate and eat as much as you like until it's full. I found the price a little higher than the options I've seen so far in terms of quantity and quality. However, I really liked the options and the quality of the food. The atendent was very helpful in English and the menu is also translated into English. It was worth the experience.

Achei o valor um pouco mais alto que as opções que vi até agora em termos de quantidade e qualidade. No entanto, gostei bastante das opções e da qualidade da comida. A atendente nos ajudou bastante em inglês e o cardápio tem a tradução também para o inglês. Valeu a experiência.

Much choice, that's long ago - Edit
After an afternoon of bouldering, we went to Sattgrün. We had never heard of the concept of a vegan buffet restaurant (nothing like it in the Netherlands, as far as I know). How wonderful to have so much choice again! The taste of the food was delicious. We had a big plate and a medium plate, and nice and refreshing organic lemonades. Let's hope this (type of) restaurant also lands in the Netherlands!

The food was really good and the buffet had plenty of options, (I wish I could have taken another round to try things I couldn’t fit on my plate, but that would’ve probably been lethal…) at first I thought that the big plate wasn’t that big, but it was surprisingly filling and didn’t leave me hungry at all! The staff was friendly too!

Loved this place and they had a large outdoor seating area near a fountain in a quiet square. Was lovely food - went for a large plate which was €16.90 but had a lot of food on it. All of it was delicious. There was so much choice was a great buffet!

Simple, quick, delicious. So many choices to fill up your plate or bowl it is ridiculous. If this place was close to home for me I would eat here every week 😍 They have soups, filling salads, pasta, jackfruit, tofu, vegan meat, lots of dressings and toppings. Something for everyone 🙏💚

Es gibt ein kaltes und warmes Buffet sowie Suppe und Kuchen. Die Auswahl ist sehr groß und abwechslungsreich, alles schmeckt sehr gut. Oft sind die Augen größer als der Hunger 🙈Auch die Kuchen sind alle vegan und schmecken sehr gut. Wenn wir schon mal in der Nähe sind, gehen wir gerne dort hin.

Die Kuchenstücke waren beide lecker und saftig. Die Preise sind auch absolut in Ordnung. Das herzhafte Buffett sah lecker aus und roch auch gut, da wir lediglich Kaffee und Kuchen bestellt hatten kann ich den Geschmack nicht beurteilen.
Read moreEin kleiner Nachteil ist, das das Restaurant durch das Buffett sehr danach duftet, was für den ein oder anderen störend sein könnte, sollte man Nachmittags zum Kaffee trinken und Kuchen essen ins Restaurant kommen. Jedoch bietet das Restaurant auch draußen Sitzplätze an, sodass man bei gutem Wetter auf diese ausweichen kann.
