I tried some new things today. Ordered the Pad Kee Moa with tofu and made vegan. I also ordered the mixed veggie stir-fry with tofu. Both are absolutely delicious! #Veganuary at Sassy Express in Tillamook

Best place in Tillamook!

Veggie and tofu options for almost all entrees. Clearly labeled gluten/gluten free menu. Friendly service and great prices. Oh, and the food is delicious!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Reasonable prices

Cons: Restaurant is a little hidden

Lots of options!

Small place so it is to go only right now. Lots of vegan options and the prices are reasonable. Menu also states what is GF. Friendly service. It IS still open but looks to be at a different address then what is listed here. I already put in to update the address.

Delicious Thai food with many vegan options

Given that we were looking for a vegan meal, we were delighted to find Sassy Express. While many Asian restaurants use fish sauce, this restaurant does not. Furthermore, there were many entrees listed on the menu for which we could choose to have tofu or just vegetables instead of one of the meat options. We could also choose either brown or jasmine rice. The chef used authentic Thai chilis, and our entrees (Tom Kha soup and Spicy Noodles) were delightfully flavored, with just the right amount of heat. We ended the meal by cooling our palate with an order of avocado ice cream, which was delicious. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend Sassy Express for anyone seeking out delicious Thai food, whether you are an omnivore, a vegetarian, or a vegan.
