Nice restaurant with tasty veg options - Edit
We stumbled upon this friendly neighborhood restaurant after a few disappointing meals across Shawinigan and it ended up being the culinary highlight of the trip.

We got a couple of falafel platters. The falafel was nothing to write home about; it'd probably be nicer if we'd been there earlier, but I'd still give it a miss, because the other options were just much nicer. The rice was fresh and loose, the hummus was on point and the salads were excellent. We got a spicy chickpea salad and a chickpea and red kidney bean salad. If we'd found the place earlier, we would have definitely come back to have them again.
The staff deserves a shoutout as well. He suffered through our broken French and offered to switch to English. He also made a point to tell us not to rush, even though we had arrived shortly before closing.
5/5 on the staff; 5/5 on the salads; probably best to give the falafel a miss.
