Very disappointing - Edit
When I asked about the vegan options they looked at me blankly. After talking amongst themselves they informed me that the only vegan product in the whole shop was date flapjack. I was so disappointed. 😔

Great bakery! - Edit
There is aways a sweet and savory vegan option. In the summer they offer a vegan picnic option. They sell vegan fudge. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The food is delicious!

Great vegan pasties - Edit
Whenever we visit Torrington we end up at Sandford's - they have vegan cherry shortbread, usually flapjack, as well as a vegan pasty - the curry one is very nice, and the pastry is really decent.

Nice traditional bakery with few vegan options - Edit
Went there during our roadtrip through southengland. Its a small traditional bakery with some few vegan options. Everything is declared and you can ask for allergens and if something is vegan or not. The prices are really good! Had the vegan curry pasty which was reaaally tasty! And further a cherry shortbread that was also delicious. Nice to see that even in a small place like great torrington you can find something vegan.
