Very nice ramen in different styles.. classic Japanese ones with miso but also Tomate based broth for example.

We also had golden kimchi and spicy marinated shiitake mushroom.

I ordered the tomato ramen, and the broth was delicious and creamy like a tomato soup. The portion is big compared to what you usually get in Taïwan (so even if the price is high, it's justified). Nice service

Menu appears to be vegan apart from egg in some dishes. Labelling vegan / non vegan items would be helpful.
I took away one star because they have a microwave in the kitchen.... Not sure what they use it for.
Pros: Great ramen broth, Friendly staff, Authentic

Almost the entire menu can be modified to be vegan if the dish isn’t already: only two of the side dishes were firmly ovo-lacto-vegetarian: the tamagotaki and the deep-fried silver thread buns. (I didn’t ask about the desserts, which may have limited vegan options.)
Read moreI got the flaming ramen (NT$230) without an egg (to make it vegan) and asked for it to be made at a medium spiciness level. (By default, they make it with a low spiciness level to better suit the local palate.) The staff was very sweet and brought out extra chili pepper mix in case I wanted to make it even spicier. They also kept refilling our complimentary barley tea long after we finished our food. The tempura also looked really delicious.
Pros: great veggie ramen, easy vegan modifications, nice staff

The soup of Japanese Miso Ramen, is really niceeee, there are a lot of ingredients, the oysters mushroom is especially delicious! The texture of the monkey head mushroom in the Sesame Oil Hericiam Ramen, is very similar to meat texture, quite amazing!

Lovely atmosphere, tasty ramen, and yummy side dishes. We ordered the miso eggplant and it wasn’t obvious that it wasn’t vegan. I mentioned it to the waitstaff and they said if you tell them you’re vegan they can make everything vegan friendly. They apologized and gave me a plate of kimchee. My Omni husband was also impressed and we’ll definitely return!😃
