Order at the terminal outside, then give your ticket to the waiter inside. Open till early morning on Fridays and Saturdays. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-5:00am, Fri 11:00am-6:00am, Sat-Sun 7:00am-6:00am.

The vegan ramen were delicious, we had the spicy ones. The large bowl will almost put you in a food coma. The gyosas were also very good.

I always like to order at a ticket machine, thats a sign for authentic food. This Ramen shop is no exception. I had the spicey miso ramen two times, on my next trip I come back and try the other ones.

I got the vegan spicy miso ramen, I wish it had some source of protein, like tofu or soy. Otherwise it was OK, not the best I ever had. But good to have vegan options in more traditional places like this.

Large portions and incredible broth. The spicy one is not that spicy - quite smoky and honestly mindblowingly good. The noodles are thick and al dente. Tempted to come back! No need to get additional toppings - it already comes with plenty.

Read moreA friend had recommended this spot since they had clearly marked vegan options, and I was still on my search for my favorite vegan ramen in town.
Ordering is made easy outside using the kiosk. There are a few vegan ramen options available including a gluten-free option which is quite inclusive to see in Japan! You're able to select salt, miso, or soy sauce broth (as normal in many ramen shops) as well as the size if you're feeling hungrier.
I ordered the vegan Spicy Miso Ramen (¥1250), which came topped with bamboo shoots, corn, green onions, and a single tomato for color. The noodles and broth were quite good and I'll admit, the spicy level was closer to my liking than most spots in Japan.
However, the ramen itself really wasn't anything special aside from the broth. The toppings were vegan for sure, but there were no added protein like tofu or mushrooms. If they offered vegan butter to help recreate that Hokkaido specialty, that would have been a welcome addition and would have made this feel a little more special.
Considering the higher pricing for ramen, I'd probably skip this the next time, but points for the option and the traditional shop atmosphere inside.

I have tried the vegan miso, vegan shoyu and vegan shio (salty) ramen. The miso is very delicious, the shoyu is also good, but the Shio is not tasty.

The terminal outside is easily accessible as there are different language options and a vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free menu bar. The vegan options include miso ramen, spicy miso ramen, soy base and water base ramen. The staff was friendly and the ramen very good! Just note that the machine only accepts cash (and some card that I didn't have as a traveller so if you live there maybe you do).
