Okay pizza, not good service

The order arrived forty minutes late. So the pizza was cold.
They also got both pizzas wrong, even though we had specific requests when ordering.
They also didn’t reply to comments on iFood messenger other than with a general response, and after a long time.
It’s a shame because I think the pizzas would’ve been good if they had arrived on time.
I wouldn’t order there again.
