Des options vegan sont directement disponibles sur leur carte et certaines modifications sont possibles sur demande. Ils m'ont également parler de leur souhait d'élargir la gamme vegan pour proposer plus de diversité. J'espère avoir l'occasion de manger sur place en attendant c'était une bonne expérience à emporter.

One of my best restaurant in Dijon - Edit
Compared to some reviewers here, I find it pretty cheap (always end up around 20€ for a full-sized meal without restraint). Delivery is free >20€ so easy to reach for 2 ppl, lots of already vegan options, "vegan-it" options as well, the menu just got new recipes so have a tour :)

On a beaucoup apprécié les options veganes de ce restaurant japonais même si il était en rupture de tofu frit lors de notre passage. Les makis tomates séchées sont excellents ainsi que les gunkan ! Plusieurs autres options sympa et le service est top.

Beautiful place but it gets busy in the evening and the weekend. Then it gets loud and you may have to wait and then sit at the bar. Food may be long to arrive.

Really good choices and original californian and rolls, you can ask for vegan version with no problem.
