Restaurant Aceptable para Veganos en Colima

Como otro usuario comenta, es cierto que hay muchos platillos con pollo y carnes, también usan crema y queso, Samadhi no es vegetariano ni menos vegano, pero ciertamente hay varios platillos que se pueden pedir "veganizados". Lamentablemente la mayoría de opciones sin carne animal son alimentos con soya texturizada (la que no es recomendable) y/o alimentos muy fritos.

Considerando la escasez de opciones veganas en Colima, Samadhi me parece una opción pasable, además del menú del día recomiendo los Sopitos de Soya (sin queso).

As another reviewer comments, it is true that there are many dishes with chicken and meat, they also use cream and cheese, Samadhi is not vegetarian nor vegan, but certainly there are several dishes that can be ordered "veganized" and what I like the most, the Menu of the day (it costs $ 69 pesos and it changes every day of the week), is almost 90% vegan, just double check to see if there's anything not plant-based.

Considering the shortage of vegan options in Colima, Samadhi seems to me an acceptable option, besides the daily menu I recommend the Sopitos de Soya (tip: order them without cheese) very tasty and crispy.

not vegetarian, has chicken and turkey

I knew they served egg and cheese but thought it was vegetarian so I ordered a plate with chicken to find out its real chicken, the menu is full of chicken and ham from turkey which is not from soy. Also has real tuna fish. very confusing menu even for a vegetarian, let alone for a vegan. vegan options are extremely small. 9 salads with chicken or egg, no separation of soy meat from real meat in menu. not sure how they get away with being called a vegetarian place. no vegan cheese, no soy milk, no help to order vegan. food was not that good either, lacked flavor.
second address is wrong, its located down 3 blocks from written address, closer to the center. I don't trust chicken broth or egg is not in everything they cook.
No es vegetariano. Sirven pollo, jamon de pavo y atun. Es muy confuso ordenar. De las 11 ensaladas, 8 tienen pollo. Si eres vegano, mejor no vayas. Y LA direccion esta mal, es LA misma calle pero diferente numero.

Pros: 1 or 2 bland vegan options, some vegetarian option

Cons: not vegetarian, confusing, barely anything vegan.

A Wonderful Surprise In Calima

Excellent Mexican restaurant in outdoor courtyard. Lots of Mexican specialties including pozole, sopes, enchiladas, tacos, etc. (with soy or soy chorizo). Also has veggie burgers, sandwiches, salads, and a HUGE variety of juices. Some items have chicken or tuna, but these are clearly marked. Everything (except enchiladas) can be made vegan because everything is made by hand and to order.

Pros: Lots of vegetarian and vegan options of typical Me

Cons: None for me
