I started working with Sam when I was probably her ideal client. A stressed, overweight (obese), non-exercising, meat-eating middle-aged bloke!
Read moreRealising that something had to change I worked with Sam on mindset, activity and nutrition. I've lost well over a stone in weight, can now walk distances that I would've previously taken the car for - and actually enjoy it - and have largely shifted to a plant-based diet.
Her work is not yet done, I'm very much a work-in-progress but I'm now looking forward to a longer life, have discovered some delicious new veggie & vegan foods and have new found energy.
