Salt & Fire is your typical American fine dining establishment with a menu full of animal ingredients catering to the masses. What makes them special and a must-visit for vegans is their Brussels Boys’ Famous Brussels Sprouts with lemon and vegan garlic aioli. This dish is a triumph. The absolute pinnacle of Brussels sprouts and a meal you wish would never end.
