Two options.

Two options of falafel salad and beetroot/rice-bowl. Allergies written on the menu, so you can see what is vegan (ask for the allergy-card). Outside seating though.

Falafel salad & veggie rice dish

Only 2 vegan options available and we ordered both on our visit. The falafel salad was quite small, would be great if it was served with humous or grains on the side not just salad leaves. The rice dish was with some plant based meat, maybe qorn, corn and some spices - tasty, but not super imaginative.

Pros: 2 vegan options, ok, but not amazing

Cons: Only 2 vegan options, could really cater better

Very few vegan options

Only two vegan options. I tried both: 1) falafel 2) rice bowl with pulled oats. The rice bowl was filling and satisfying.

EDIT (2021-07-15): Updating my review from 3 stars to 4 stars.

We went to this restaurant again and there were more options this time! Check the chalkboard menu.

Lentil "meatballs" were on the menu today.

Plant milk (almond) is available for coffee.

NOTE: there are two restaurants at the same address. The other restaurant is a grill with no vegan options. Make sure you don't go to the wrong restaurant!

Nice vegan dishes

I would like to give a shout-out to Sakutis because it's really the only restaurant in Nida with fully vegan dishes in its menu. When I ate there (September 2020) they had two vegan dishes. The first one is a cold salad with cucumber, tomato, chickpeas and lentils, which is a very simple dish per se but it was very well seasoned. The second is a very yummy falafel dish with lots of veggies (changing depending on daily availability I suppose. I ordered it twice and the vegetables were different). The falafel were really good, both times!! I had a lovely dining experience. As a plus, the staff really seems to know what 'vegan' means, which sadly is not always the case among people working in the restaurant business. This restaurant really saved my holiday.

No vegan options

I went there specifically for vegan options availability. However, they could only offer fries and a salad. So, the visit was quite disappointing.

Okay

All dishes are put into categories according to allergens so it’s pretty easy to find/make a vegan option. A bit pricey - 7eu for small falafel salad dish

Pros: Labeled dishes , Has falafels

Cons: Expensive , Not a lot of vegan options

Quite OK

The restaurant is in a very central location and seems to be a rather busy place. Their menu has a little bit of everything including a section of vegetarian dishes, most of which are vegan. We tried falafels (6€) and weren't disappointed. Although one can quickly question how much that dish was actually falafels but it was tasty and worth its price.

Pros: good location, vegetarian section on the menu
