Unique Experience

Sakana’s sushi dining experience is definitely unique. If sitting at the sushi area, you’ll be at a circulating machine of boats in water that bring around different types of sushi. Now, only one was vegan that I was able to grab from, but the server also comes & takes your order from the main menu if the sushi you want is not something you see on the revolving boats/if you want something non-sushi. If seeing raw/cooked fish & diary products is a NO for you, I would recommend sitting away from the sushi bar. The service was fantastic, and the miso soup was very yummy - I can’t say that about all miso soups I’ve had. I love coming down to FL because they always have the freshest avocado-based dishes & this was no exception. Avocado sushi was DELICIOUS 💚
