Opções etíopes veganas deliciosas - Edit
Finalmente, descobri um restaurante com comida etíope em Lisboa. Além de pratos libaneses, parte do menu é dedicada à culinária etíope, com várias opções vegetarianas. Pedi o beyeaynet, servido na tradicional "panqueca" injera, e o shiro tegamino. Uma verdadeira delícia! Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, e o espaço é pequeno, informal e acolhedor. Ainda tive a oportunidade de experimentar o café da Etiópia, torrado e servido na hora.
