Fantastic New Restaurant

I've been keen to try here since it opened just before Christmas. Originally they appeared to only be selling traditional Indian sweets and some smaller snacks (samosa etc), but they now have a full menu. This is available to eat in or take away. They also offer delivery via Just Eat.

I just wanted something small so ordered a pakora wrap and a samosa (because I can't help myself and love an extra!). The total came to £6.50, so I wasn't expecting an awful lot of food, but it was huge! The wrap was very full and took up my whole length of my plate when I got it home. The samosa was also pretty huge - excellent value for £1.50.

The food was cooked fresh to order and came with an side of spicy sauce. The lady working behind the counter that evening was really friendly. Helpful and happy to answer any of the questions that I had on the menu. The menu was also pretty good in that it made it clear which options were already vegan and which could be made vegan (almost everything except yoghurt and paneer, which is a shame).

Overall, I really highly rate this place and will definitely back. Next on the list to try is the tiffin then I'll probably just work through the rest of the menu! Please pop in and support this new, family-run business!

Pros: Really good prices, excellent value, Freshly cooked to order, Lovely, family-run business
