My favorite!! - Edit
I have so much love for Saigon Deli! Many of the dishes offered have a vegan option, but my personal favorite is the veggie spring rolls. They are perfect…three large rolls per order with tofu and veggies, accompanied by peanut sauce. I love to add sriracha. When I lived on island I ate them multiple times a week, and even now living in Asia I have yet to find anything better. This is usually my first and last stop on every visit back to St. Croix!
