Excellent choice for a romantic afternoon - worth five stars - Edit
Tasty dishes, good variety that they can accommodate at lunch sometimes, kind service, impecable presentation, and surprising textures. Definitely go for the corn fritters and the green curry, and don't skip their complimentary dips! And probably the best views in town, so far. Surprisingly, the view looks much better during the day than at night, but the restaurant has a flawless decour regardless, except for the dirty windows, which I can't really blame them for, since they rent a space at the hotel.
