On the 4th floor of the Intercontinental hotel with a view overlooking the river. It only had a few vegan options on the menu but what we had was good.

Though not a vegan restaurant, Subaya is satisfied my vegan needs with a superb assortment of delicious cold and hot appetizers... not your usual hummus and falafel, but 3 kinds of humus and many mezzes I had never tasted. The decor is very refined. Pricey but worth it.
