Vegan Rubin - Edit
We ordered the vegan vibes sandwich and they accidentally made us the vegan Rubin. They made us the vegan vibes and told us to enjoy both. Both were delicious. Great service

Bagel sandwiches and Ruben’s - Edit
Absolutely charming delicatessen. They offer build your own bagel sandwiches, the Natalie bagel sandwich, and a mushroom Ruben. The Ruben was fantastic - the closest to a true Ruben I’ve had since going vegan. The Natalie was also a delicious sandwich, with avocado, tomato, lettuce, and vegan Russian. Can’t wait to come back!

“Best deli” delivers - Edit
I’ve been wanting to visit ever since seeing they were rated “best deli” in Denver and had vegan options.
Read moreI tried the vegan Reuben and was impressed. They use portobello mushrooms and do a great job with the flavor.
No Reuben will ever compare to that at nearby Gladys, but this place is another good option.
