Delicious healthy food and beautifully presented. I came to this restaurant in April 2019, when I wasn't vegan and was blown away. I turned vegan 6 months later.

Read moreI went here on my 2nd night in Cusco for a very late lunch / early dinner. I ordered the Table of Grilled Vegetables followed by the Wok Stir Fry Quinoa. The presentation of both courses was fabulous, and the taste to match. I had a fabulous table in the window from which I could see across to the Church at the end of the main square. The waitress was very attentive. I will definitely be back during my stay here!

Our wonderful waiter Kevin served us with an amazing meal including grilled vegetables and fruit followed by the most amazing vegan burger and potato and avocado. The Kombucha was fabulous. The presentation of the food was first class!

The vegan and vegetarian menu looks great at first. I asked if I had the gnocchi without cheese would it be vegan? The answer was yes, great, something different to quinoa!
Read more2mins later the waiter returns to say I cannot have the gnocchi as the mushrooms are cooked with chicken bones...when I pointed out it was on the vegetarian menu he simply said "the menu needs changing".
Settled on the vegan burger (titled vegan burger on the menu) only to be told 2mins later I cannot have the burger bun as it has egg in...
Thankfully the service and the food was very good but I have stressed the importance of updating the menu...

Es una buena opción para los vegetarianos o veganos, puede que hayan algunos platos con carne pero el mozo muy cordialmente puede modificar tu plato a corde a tus gustos para que no pases desapercibido estos sabores maravillosos y especiales.

Hace 2 meses tuve la oportunidad de conocer este restaurant maravilloso la combinación del jugo de Piña y maracuya me encantó pero allí no acabaron las sorpresas cuando probé la tabla de verduras y un quinotto con verduras al grill que me encantaron pero por último pero no menos importante probé un postre con zanahorias totalmente vegano y sin gluten este lugar es súper recomendado hay que visitarlo en la estadía en cusco

Hace ya un tiempo fui con mi esposo a compartir una cena excita en Rúcula. De verdad una experiencia cercana a la plaza de armas y con la atención súper especial. La comida un deleite considerando que sus productos son super frescos de su huerta en el Valle Sagrado. De verdad una experiencia para todos los gustos. Espero volver un día 🤗

I had a wonderful beetroot ravioli here and my husband had gnocchi which he said was excellent. This is a sister restaurant to Organika, with a similar menu. Several vegetarian options, but few vegan options. Very good food, friendly service, wines by the glass.

I went to Organika for the third time but they were very busy. They convinced me to try Rucola instead - same quality and almost the same menu they said. They were right! However, the vegan pumpkin pasta that I wanted wasnt on the menu. The Chef made it anyways. I had orange/papaja juice and the. Great experience.

Vegetarian Causa (typical Peruvian dish) was very delicious and homemade Ravioli also very very delicious. Would give five stars if possible, also many vegetarian and gluten free options. Really relaxing atmosphere, very nice staff and beautifully displayed dishes!

The food. Oh my god the food. Fresh produce from Urubamba (a local town), prepared amazingly and cooked to perfection. I had the chickpea and vegetable curry and enjoyed every single spoonful. It was the perfect amount of food and left a little room for dessert if you so desire. It was on t he pricier side of Peru dishes, but 28soles for the best meal I'd had in Cusco was totally worth. I'm thinking of going back before I leave.

Cons: Pricey compared to 15soles meals, but worth it
