Nice Spanish cookies

It is not easy to find vegan food in Lo Pagán or in this area in general and pastries without animal products are rare. I was happy to find Panadería José Antonio in Lo Pagán (they have other locations!) where lovely Olesia contacted the pastry chef Paquito and made me an order of cookies. I was delighted to get two kinds: one with an almond base and the other with a slight hint of anise. Come and check it out if you’re in the area!

Pros: Service, Vegan cookies, Sea side location
