Stick with the sushi - Edit
They have a few vegan options labeled on the menu. The sushi (we got avocado roll and veggie tempura roll) was just okay, nothing out of the ordinary. Honestly, everything else was pretty bland and I have no desire to eat there again.

I had to custom order a dish because there were no decent options on the menu. I got a soup bowl with vegan miso, tofu & udon noodles. It was awful! No flavor whatsoever. The broth tasted like hot water.

Great price on the lunch bento box - Edit
The bento box has a large amount of vegan sushi for $8.95. It comes with a white miso soup, fried rice, and three types of vegan sushi. The fried rice did have egg in it. Next time, I will ask for no egg. The vegetarian sushi can be requested with no dairy. One was tempura sushi. It was good.

HUGE menu, many vegan options! - Edit
I was shocked at how many vegan options they had AND how good they are were! They have an entire veggie sushi section on their menu. They also have tofu as an option on nearly every menu item. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about Vegetarian/veganism. Will definitely be back.
