Flovorful food, thoughtful staff but lacking vegan options

I went here knowing that there may not be many vegan options in the thali but I was really wanting a gujurati/ rajasthani thali. On this day, the only thing that was vegan and that we could eat were the pakoras, dal, cauliflower subzi, puri and roti (without ghee). So the quantity of food was disappointing but the quality and taste were superb. The servers were apologetic when asked what contained no dairy. Even with the lack of options, left here well fed with a good old food coma. They were also considerate to charge us a lower price for the thali. If I were to go again, I would first call and check on the options.

unlimited pure veg thali

Royal Thaali does a wonderful unlimited thali. They alternate between days of just Rajasthani style thali or Gujarat style thali on different days. Royal Thaali is fully vegetarian meaning lacto vegetarian and no eggs yet when me and my beloved dined here recently we were both able to customize our thali to get it vegan.

The servers here were very accommodating of what we both could get vegan and plenty of options for us. The cuisine was quite alright. The service was great.

I spent over three years in India over nine trips and eight Winters. This is a very authentic thali experience. Recommended!

Taste high quality

Every item was really delicious. Plenty of options on the preset meal including appetizers mains, dessert and non alcoholic drinks.

Pros: Fresh, Healthy, DELICIOUS

Cons: Hard to spot one
