Sehr sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet

Eine der leckersten Naschereien, die ich in letzter Zeit gegessen habe! Obwohl sie kurz vor Betriebsschluss keine veganen Donuts mehr hatten, wurde mir angeboten, einen frisch nach meinen Wünschen zuzubereiten. In weniger als 3-4 Minuten war die Köstlichkeit fertig, verpackt in einem schicken Karton. Sehr lecker und hervorragender Service!

Highly Disappointed

I went to visit the branch (05/08/2003) during a recent trip to Germany. This store is not right in the high street but a little way out and as somebody with health problems, it took a lot of effort for me to get to the store. I had checked the company out online before my visit and established that there were plenty of vegan options, so I was sure I would find something. On getting to the store I spent sometimes going through the menu, trying to work out which donuts were vegan as none in the display were marked as vegan. When it was my turn to be served I asked the sales lady, which were vegan, only to be told none.
I was gutted and left very disappointed. I felt she was abrupt and rude and didn’t apologise or offer any other explanation such as we have run out and will have more tomorrow. I won’t be visiting this store again but thankfully I had better experiences elsewhere. On the whole Wiesbaden is pretty vegan friendly, more so than a lot of areas I have visited. So this negative experience should not be seen as a cross against Wiesbaden, only this store.

Pros: The menu listed many vegan options

Cons: They apparently had no vegan option in stock

Decent Donuts

This place boasts 10 vegan standard donuts, 11 vegan Royal Bombs & 6 Royal Crossnuts. We just went for the standards, choccy vegan & peanut choc vegan. They were really good especially the salted peanuts on mine was a really nice contrast with the sweet chocolate.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, friendly staff

Cons: Not fully vegan
