A little gem! - Edit
Lovely little place with great food and extremely friendly service.
Read moreI asked what dishes can be made vegan, and the team was very sweet and accommodating. The options all sounded good, and I ended up ordering a vegetable wok stir-fry (extra spicy) with rice and a chilled soy milk pandan drink, both of which were absolutely delicious.
Bonus: The place checks several boxes that I've missed a bit on this trip to Norway:
- it's not very expensive at all
- the portion size was generous, with a large choice of different vegetables
- the chef immediately knew what I was talking about (something that, very surprisingly, isn't always the case in Norway...?) when I said no meat, no fish, no eggs etc.
- the food was very rich, aromatic and intense flavour-wise
Haven't felt this happy and well fed in quite a while 🤩 Massive recommendation!
Pros: Intense flavour, generous portions, inexpensive
