Great flavours - Edit
Not a vegan or vegetarian restaurant but they really understand good flavour and texture in their vegan options. The shiitake mushroom congee was a highlight.

Greasy food and bad service - Edit
Rovi was my first experience with an Ottolenghi restaurant and I have to say I found it quite disappointing.

My favorite dishes were the roasted broccolini and the mushroom grill. However, everything was exceedingly and unnecessarily greasy. As in my lips would be left dripping in oil from every bite. I found this very unpleasant and it meant the meal felt very heavy despite not being very substantial. I also found their vegan options lacking. There were essentially just different grilled vegetables but no grain or protein element that would make a full meal.
Finally, service was TERRIBLE. Our waiter seemed to do his best to ignore us. Dishes came out of order or not at all. We asked for extra bread and it never came. In sum, unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber and price range.
I cannot honestly recommend it.
