Roti Corner is a Camberley Winner

This was a recommendation from locals and one which we happily agree with. Staff members were most solicitous and eager to ensure our choices would be vegan and if unsure, would go and check with Chef. Our guided choices were exactly what we wanted and it has been a long time since food this tasty has been served up by such delightful people. I cannot stress how delicious the meal was. Two of us ate plant-based and our third party member was carnivore. We kept the whole meal vegan, because we could, and our carnivore was absolutely happy with his food. The price was modest and we really look forward to going back to Camberley’s Roti Corner. Thank you for such a delicious end to such a long, long day! (Apologies for lack of photo descriptors; eaten too greedily by us all to name!)

Modern Indian food

Roti Corner is a modern Indian restaurant and they have quite a few vegan options - a bit annoying that they don't label these on the menu but they did let me look at the allergen list so I could check which dishes are. We got the tandoori soya and okra chips to start - the soya was soft and really tasty but the okra was the winner. They are deep fried in some sort of spicy batter, we couldn't get enough of these and both agreed we'd come back just for them. For mains I got a tarka dal which was spicier than I was expecting, and mushroom rice. I wish there was a vegan bread option as I do love to dip a naan into curry. The service was excellent and they also have a really big cocktail menu to choose from.

Pros: A few different vegan options

Cons: No vegan labels on the menu
