Your last resort - Edit
Try your best to bring vegan food with you, another chance is a healthy place right at the airport entrance inside, they had simple vegan sandwich and jam croissants.
Read moreThis place is inside when going through to B gates. Today they had croissants and carrot cake but no sandwich, so don’t count on it when going to the airport!
They can also fill your water bottle but please learn how to say Cold (freddo) in Italian, as they gave me boiling water at first.

we asked what vegan things they had here as had no luck at any of the other places in the airport i.e maccies and a bunch of meat oriented sandwich shops and an eggy pasta place, but at ROSSOSAPORE they said they has nothing vegan except this clearly marked vegan cake. i was annoyed that the airport had nothing vegan but the cake made up for it! a vegan carrot cake like you’ve never tasted before.

The restaurant not sure if it is one. Or three altogether but there are salads a sandwich grilled veggies. Soy milk a croissant The sandwich is good and they will heat it up for you
