Not bad.... but not great - Edit
Rosemary has its ups downs. Many of the "Kapulsky/appropo"-like dairy restaurants in Ssrael have no originality and taste as if the food was prepared in a machine and just reheated in a microwave. This is NOT the case for Rosemary. While they have a fairly similar menu to the average dairy place, the food is fresh and the ingredients and flavors of their entrees are fairly original. We ordered the "Rosemary Salad", The "spinach ravioli in neopolitana sauce" and the "Hot strifry". The stirfry was fairly tasty, but The salad while different (in its choice of veges) was under average for Israel and the dressings weren't great. While the ravioli was good... the sauce was bland and the portion was incredibly small (there must have only been about 15 little raviolis). While the service was not particularly friendly, it was just about the quickest ive ever been served at a restaurant. The speed was amazing. Overall it was a pleasant dining experience because the majority of the restaurant is situated in a beautiful lit up garden-like courtyard in the evenings and the food was SLIGHTLY above average. Thus i recommend Rosemary for a nice dinner out, just not highly.
