ROSAMAR CAFE in Puerto Del Carmen. Totally recommend this cafe. It's within a complex open to non residents. I had a delicious lunch - vegan burrito with salad and coffee with oatmilk. Nicola the owner is so friendly and accommodating to any requests. Visited again and had a delicious Vegan breakfast with scrambled tofu made with cumin and veggies, hash browns, beans, tomato and toast. Going there made my holiday so much better, just wish I had found it earlier in the week as I would've went every day x
