Amazing Food - Edit

Wowweeeeee wow this place has some great food. Knowledgable staff and a very accommodating chef. They're always poppin' so make sure you make a reservation, or just get takeout!

Top Fine Dining Spot for Vegans! - Edit

Roots Latin Grill was the top-rated restaurant in the 2023 Springfield Vegan Chef Challenge and they even kept their popular Tofu Mofongo and Peanut Noodle dish! They added a vegan avocado dessert after the challenge began that nobody would ever guess is vegan. Who knew avocados could make for such a creamy base with no hint of avocado flavor!?

They also have a delicious Tofu Saltado dish that tastes like marinated steak and classic tofu tacos that can be ordered vegan with no sour cream or cheese. For drinks, they now have aquafaba as a replacement for egg in the Pisco Sour to give it a creamy feel without harming chickens. Check them out!
