A jewel of a vegan cafe serving up colourful, plant-based street food - Edit
Hearty soups, vibrant buddha bowls, filled wraps, fresh smoothies and a great selection of hot and cold drinks. Add to that a seriously epic cake selection and you'll quickly see why this is Perranporth’s perfect spot for a quick, healthy bite to take away or a laid-back, eat-in, breakfast or lunch in their colourful covered courtyard. A must visit on the North Cornish coast!

Lovely little cafe (a street food truck with its own enclosed ‘car port’ for seating). The cheesecake is simply amazing - so good I bought another slice to take out!

Great little vegan cafe, creatively put together in a little nook between buildings off the main street in Perranporth. Easy going, relaxed atmosphere, with a fully vegan menu. We went for breakfast, and it was so good we went back to pick up takeaway for dinner later too. Everything was wholesome and delicious.

We had two slices of cake which were delicious. Saw someone eating the salad bowl with falafel which looked incredible! Also, the sweet potato fries looked great. Will definitely come back for lunch when I'm next in the area!

Reasonably priced outlet in the centre of Perranporth with a range of breakfast and lunch meals . We tried the overnight oats and granola pot, both were really good.

What delicious food and atmosphere! My friend and I were away camping and stumbled across this cafe. Out of our 5 days away in Cornwall- Roots were by far the best food we had our entire trip!

So pleased we located Roots…In a lovely sheltered spot, set back on high street… Food was delicious and staff were very helpful and friendly…Great vibe and seems popular with locals too.

Really lovely little cafe, very friendly! We came for breakfast and although they don’t have much breakfasty food we left very full and happy! Smoothie bowl was great (and a really decent portion!), sausage roll was nice and herby and served hot, and the falafel flatbread was spot on!

If you’re in Perranporth, do NOT pass this place up, it’s all amazing, the food, the coffee, the vibe, the owners and most importantly, this little beetroot wellington number in the second photo might be the best thing ever put inside pastry. Love this place so much we went back twice in the same day.

Quick stop for a lunch. We had the poak bowls which were amazing, followed by some cakes: cinnamon roll, blueberry muffin, some cookie and a chocolate slice. Everything been very tasty. Everyone was welcoming. Totally recommend the place.

Run by a lovely lady, who opened up just a week ago. Serves great coffee and also has some tasty-sounding food including a hot pot. Plant milks include oat and pea. Had already eaten when dropping in for a coffee to go, but will be back for food when in the area in future. Takeaway packaging is recyclable and compostable, and coffee cups have plastic-free lining. Be sure to stop by!

Really loved coming across this little gem! They had only been open for 1 week when we visited.

We didn’t eat any food as we had just had a big breakfast, however I could see there was a selection of vegan cakes, a vegan tart, vegan sausages and a vegan hot pot too.
We will definitely be visiting again should we be in Perranporth.
