Very tasty Thai-Chinese food - Edit
We had eaten here previously several years ago when it was also a vegan restaurant. That was closed for a while and has opened again under new management after a nice remodelling. To the left is a buffet style food display with vegetarian (ovo and possibly dairy) on the left side and vegan on the right. No meat is served. Over on the right side of the shop there are Chinese steamed buns with vegan fillings and also fresh vegan dim sum.
Read moreThe food was all very nice (I only tried vegan) and of better variety and taste than you would usually find at a roadside "jae" shop and especially in this rather remote location. The steamed buns and dim sum were a surprise and also very tasty. The owner has put some effort into decorating and painting art on the walls, plus the shop is very clean. She is really friendly and speaks very good English if you have any questions or special requests.
The shop is open air and outside seating is also available.
Highly recommended and especially so for a location that is so far from any other vegan restaurants.
Location tip: Heading north, the shop is a few hundred meters past the Shell station on the left.
Pros: Tasty Thai-Chinese food with many choices., Nicely decorated and clean shop., Good value for money.
Cons: No a/c so it can be warm during hot season
