Beans & Rice are vegan as well as their red sauce. They have vegan tacos made with beyond meat and cauliflower tacos. They custom made me a vegan burrito which was great. Vegan menu is limited, but I am happy they had options.

Beyond Meat and Cauliflower - Edit
They have beyond meat and cauliflower tacos. They will also alter other dishes as well. We got a beyond meat burrito which was off-menu. Great food too. They have vegan chipotle mayo and avocado sauce.
