Boring veggie pizzas

Edited and lowered the score.

I gave them a high rating when they started with vegan pizzas, then they had 4 different types with at least one with protein on it and they wanted to experiment with more stuff.

They gave up.

Now they have 2 with pretty much the same veggies and no protein, just a lot of vegan mozzarella, which was actually pretty good but no one wants a sea of vegan cheese to do the heavy lifting on a pizza.

A nice try!

2 or 3 vegan pizzas on the menu, with fried potatoes or zucchini on. No protein. A lot of oil. They charge you extra for salad. I won’t come again.
But always nice with vegan food on the menu!

Thanks for your review.  Our "try" to include vegan pizzas is completely new, because as you know we are not a vegan or vegetarian pizzeria, but we try to include more options in our menu. Before we started we specifically asked vegans if they had any suggestions on what ingredients could be on the vegan pizza and the pizzas they nominated are on the menu now (look at our facebook page).  When you arrived that day you asked me for the pizza with soy ragu, I replied that among the pizzas we had it was the only one unsold and obviously we had to remove it from the menu, as we always love to give customers fresh ingredients. Our currently available pizzas contain vegan cheeses and vegetables, but we are looking for new options and it would be nice to get advice from you if possible.
We think the best choice is to show us other alternatives, instead of despising our work. We "try" to do better. Yes, we "try".
But on the other hand we cannot have short-lived foods, because the demand is not that high in Säffle. This is precisely why you find different types of vegetables, because we already have them on the menu. We are open to any good idea. We are happy to satisfy our vegan customers.

A note on the pizza with oil, it was your choice to choose the "Mediterranean pizza" which includes olives and artichokes among other ingredients, which seems quite evident to us are two products precisely in oil!
If you don't like oil, you just had to choose another pizza, and we know how important is olive oil for us who come from the Mediterranean areas. Your husband was very happy with the vegetarian pizza he ate, so maybe he simply chose a pizza that wasn't right for you.
