Freshly, custom-made ice-cream - Edit
Two vegan options (either almond or coconut-based ice-cream) with multiple toppings to create your own scoop. The ice is prepared freshly based on the add-ons you choose. Although it was clear the fruit and some other toppings toppings were vegan, this was not so clear for some other options (e.g. dark chocolate sprinkles, biscuits). The employee adviced me to pick chocolate shavings over sprinkles to be sure. Apart from ice-creams, there are also many smoothie bowls and smoothies to choose from.

The food wasn't anything special, but this was the closest place with vegan options to the place I was staying. Nydri is a bit of a tourist trap so this eatery was no different. I got the super food smoothie bowl, which was good in terms of flavor. However, it was a bit watery and definitely needed more toppings and less smoothie. Non-vegans with me said the ice cream was not very good, but they do offer almond milk and coconut milk bases for the ice cream rolls. I might have tried the ice cream rolls if the vegan toppings + mixins were labeled.
