We were here both for breakfast and lunch. Notice that this is not an all day breakfast type of place, they only serve breakfast items like savory croissants until noon! We couldn't find the menu beforehand and didn't realize some of the things we wanted to try were on the breakfast menu, so we had to visit twice :D
Read moreWe enjoyed both the breakfast and lunch options, the sweet breakfast pancakes were especially lovely and it was a big portion. The coffee was delicious as well, one of the best salted caramel lattes we've had. For lunch we had tom kha soup and caesar salad. The soup had a lovely, balanced broth. Also the passion fruit cheese cake was great! The cherry macaron had a strong marzipan flavor which we didn't enjoy that much.

Great lunch option near the old town - Edit
If you're exploring Tallinn's old town, I'd recommend making a short diversion to visit Rohe for lunch. It's a lovely chilled out place offering an amazing selection of 100% vegan soups, salads & buddha bowls - basically a world away from the tourist traps around the main square! My tempeh buddha bowl was packed with tasty veggies & absolutely delicious. My wife was equally impressed with her teriyaki ch*cken bowl. The pastries & cakes look good too, but we were too full to try them. Highly recommended!

We had savoury pancakes , sausage croissant and pizza roll. Everything was fresh and delicious! They have lots of dessert options as well and a lunch menu of course. Have been here last year and back then we loved it as well.

The food is great, the content of the bowls is diverse and everything is beautifully served, but the portions are small, there are a lot of vegetables and relatively small portions of more calorie-rich ingredients. They also serve yummy deserts.

We ate there twice, having the same menu selection both times. We had the Chickpea Omelette for starters and for mains we had the Pesto Pasta and Teriyaki Tsikin. They were all delicious. And the taste was so nuanced. All vegan too. Excellent service and nice ambiance. Good value for money too.

Cozy and nice vibe. Staff is always sweet. Great, big, tasty bowls, can be made gluten free. Desserts are also awesome, many gluten free options. If gluten is not a problem, then their pastries are out of this world.

Rohe has a variety of delicious food for example bowls, salads and pasta. The food is not just delicious- it's very healthy! Rohe has a great atmosphere and is a nice and cozy place to have a great meal. Rohe sells even ice cream which is also fantastic! Very friendly staff - this place is perfect! An aussom place in the middle of Tallin. I hope to be here soon.

we went there for dinner. we had the theryaki and the tofu bowl. both was fantastic, super fresh and healthy. exactly what we wanted that day. they also have small outdoor terrace with a big tree which was super nice. great place, great & healthy food.

Cauliflower rice with Tikka Masala was so delicious, but portion could be little bit bigger. Price was ok (cheaper).

As a plant lover I was so jazzed about the fact that they had plant cuttings growing roots on the tables. A lovely collection of big plants as well. Even the playlist they had going on was a vibe! This will definitely be a must-visit during future Tallinn trips 💚

definitely recommend going there! the bowls are delicious and fresh with some well seasoned protein such as tempeh or soy chicken imitate etc. the drink selection and the sweets taste great too. all in all, very comfy cafe / restaurant, great to get some work done as well. plus we got some additional banana bread at the end because they are closed tomorrow and had some left which was very nice.
