Nice option - Edit
We went to this place for the vegan ravioli. Unfortunately, it was not on the menu anymore. The vegan options were falafel with grilled vegetables or grilles vegetables. We tried the falafel which was ok but not enough for a main dish. So we shared a cheeseless pizza after the falafel. Staff was friendly. Convinient location of the restaurant.

I liked it there, but 3 pure vegan options to choose from (Grilled veggies, grilled veggies + Falafel, Pizza Marinara) on a multi page menu can be improved upon.

I had the vegan falafal dish and grilled vegetables. i thought it was quite good! Appears that the seitan pasta dish is not on the menu anymore unless it’s a different menu at dinner/cena.

We went here for the vegan main dishes on the menu, but this was such a disappointment. The two vegan dishes were falafel and grilled vegetables and simply grilled vegetables. The falafels were ok, but the grilled vegetables were burnt and tasteless. It was so little food that we were finished eating after five minutes and left more hungry than we arrived. It makes no sense to serve two tomatoes, some pieces of squash, aubergine and red pepper (and an unedible burned half romaine lettuce) as a main dish ... We payed 12 euros for each dish.

Es gibt auf der Karte zwei vegane Gerichte. Ich habe die Seitan Ravioli bestellt. Tatsächlich sind es aber Maultaschen, ohne Seitan, die stark an die veganen Maultaschen der Marke Bürger erinnern (siehe Bild) kam mir ein bisschen verarscht vor. Geschmeckt hat es trotzdem.

Very good Pizza! - Edit
There are only two vegan options on the menue, Seitan-Ravioli and Falafel, but they offer different types of Pizza. It’s possible to choose between different doughs. I took a dough for a Pinsa and chose one with vegetables and without cheese, so it was vegan. The Pizza was very good, especially the dough was delicious! My husband tried the vegan Ravioli, there were also good!

This place does have two specifically vegan-marked items, like the other poster said, so that's great. Yes, it is an option in Bolzano, but what we had - pizza and vegan ravioli - was not remarkable. Sure, it was OK, and it's great that they clearly label the foods in the menu.
