Food is ok, but underwhelming experience - Edit
Quick search on Happy Cow brought us here. Happened to be close and we were super hungry. Rather than meandering around for another place we popped in to this establishment. It had a Honky Tonk Native American Indian theme. The server was outfitted a gun holster as pat of the uniform. Being from the USA this all seemed very cheese to us.
Read moreThe menus were a bit “used” and don’t appear to have been cleaned in some time. Kind of gross considering the amount of finger food available. There were a number of vegan options and GF vegan available as well.
For a starter, we had guacamole with corn chips. It was ok. The guacamole was mixed too thin; it had more of a purée texture. I had the bean burger (no bun) and skipped the fries. It was very tasty. My spouse has the vegan pizza and said “it was ok”.
Pros: Good amount of vegan and GF options, Quick service, Affordable
Cons: Atmosphere , Food = ok, nothing impressive , Service was sparse

Nice vegan options - Edit
A friendly restaurant in a Western/American Diner style. Serves meat as well as vegeterian and vegan options. Had the vegan burger with a kidney bean and lentil patty as well as vegan garlic bread and both were tasty and fresh. Their service was friendly and I would come back to try some of the other vegan options (vegan pizza for example).

Good for what it is - Edit
Ordered the vegan nachos but rlly just got vegan chili cheese on corn chips instead of fries, which I’m totally not complaining about. They were rlly good for a hungry girl at the end of the day!

Fantastic :) - Edit
The vegan pizza was absolutely savage, if I could give it 5 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

At least they tried - Edit
There are like 5 vegan options made without love: Garlic Bread, pizza, Nachos, Burger and Taco Fries.
Read moreThe nachos are just chips with tofu tomatoe sauce ( the same as the taco fries sauce). In contrast to the other reviews it wasn't spicy at all. There was no guacomole, cheese, cream on the nachos. Kind of boring.
The taco fries had at least some cheese on top. But the Fries were bad and the description is misleading.
The pizza however was okay. It was loaded with fresh vegetables.
Pros: The western inspired interior
Cons: Rather expensive, Low quality food

Decent vegan menu - Edit
Extensive vegan menu with starters and mains. Really like the nachos and pizza in particular. The burger is good too. Liked the taco fries but they are quite spicy. Went back several times!

Won’t go back - Edit
I went to this restaurant for the first time tonight. I ordered the vegan taco fries. They were ridiculously spicy. So spicy I couldn’t eat them. The waitresses wouldn’t do anything about it. I ended up eating my mom’s fries for dinner and they wouldn’t adjust the bill. The waitress said that the sauce was homemade so it varies in spice. She said that she would let the cooks know so they could adjust it for the next batch. The waitresses also didn’t ask if we wanted more to drink even though we put our glasses at the end of the table, we had to ask for the bill even after they had cleared our table 10 minutes prior, then had to ask for the machine to pay (after waiting for 10 more minutes). I never write reviews like this and I always leave a tip. I am writing my first review on Happy Cow after using this app across Canada and Europe, and neither my mom or I left a tip tonight. I’ll never go back to this restaurant.

Rather disappointing... - Edit
We had a rather disappointing experience at this restaurant. First of all the restaurant is fully decorated to fit ones expectations of a western movie (waiters dressed as cowboys, ranch like decoration, statue of horse with cowboy upstairs....) so good for kids but maybe not if you’re looking for a “normal” restaurant. Second of all I personally ordered the Taco Fries and it wasn’t mentioned on the menu that they would be spicy (I’m not a fan of super spicy food). And to finish we were seated in a rather dark corner of the restaurant and asked whether we could be seated on another table closer to a window (there was only 1 other family in the restaurant) and were not allowed to move as it would disturb their organisation... anyway rather a lengthy description, the food isn’t terrible but not memorable at all. The restaurant just in front The Porterhouse is great (we’re here tonight)

I wasnt expecting so many vegan choices therefore we loved it even more! In the Front of the menu it has the vegan one on the first page! Totally recommend, rather big portions.
