Fantastic concept, delicious food - Edit
Robin Food has a great atmosphere, tucked away at the back of a community centre. The space is inviting, full of plants and is really cosy. The three courses were delicious, miso soup, thai curry and carrot cake for dessert. I love the fact that they use food that would otherwise go to waste, it's really sustainable and three courses were 14 euros, a bargain!

Had a lovely experience at Robin Food Kollektief. Friendly staff and tasty food for a really cheap price. We paid EUR 28 for 2 people eating 3-courses. Would absolutely recommend! ✨

Good food, friendly service and I love the values this place has. What more can I say? We had lentil soup followed by two curries served with rice and salad and a pear and raisin cake with cream for dessert (all good!). At 14 euros for a three-course meal in Amsterdam, it's excellent value for money.

We made a reservation but it is basically shared tables everywhere so we just needed to find a spot. The soup came first which was mushroom. This was delicious and what I needed on a cold and rainy day. The way it works is you get given your first dish and then they bring the next one out after you have finished each course. It took a bit of time for the second course to come out but that was fine. We just waited and the pasta, salad and soy mix dishes were delicious. Finally we had dessert and that had a lot flavour. I liked the cream served with it.

The atmosphere here is so fun and relaxed, and because there are just a few tables it's really easy to get to know other people.

It's run by volunteers so you basically only pay to cover their expenses.
Obviously not the kind of place you go to for an amazing presentation of the dishes because that's not the point of this place.

Vegan dinner for 10 euros - Edit
Lovely place to have dinner on Mondays and Thursdays, there's a set menu which is always vegan and different every time. You can view the menu a few hours before they open on their Facebook page. I love the atmosphere and the food - especially for this price.

A sacred place - Edit
The workers here are all volunteers. I happened to stumble in here on one of the rare days they are open. I walked into the building and was greeted warmly by one of the volunteers from Croatia who actually lived there at the restaurant. Along with 5 other beautiful souls, we ate their delicious food together! They were at the end of their workday with me and so they all received the meal for free that they work the day for. I had amazing conversations and food with them.

I've bring a vegetarian friend met in Amsterdam, and he loved it, he's gonna come back with friends!
It is one of my favorite place and I've been travelling a bit..

We went there on a Thursday (they're only open on Mondays and Thursdays) and were treated to a 3-course organic dinner that was very, very good!

Soup: roasted cauliflower & garlic
Main: kale, pearl barley & hazelnut salad; sweet potato burgers with tahini sauce; grilled parsnip
Dessert: apple crisp
Price was only €10 per person, including table service in a nice setting (not fancy, but a cosy atmosphere that we appreciate). And staff (volunteers) was also very friendly and positive.
Highly recommended!
